Description

The Willburg Pot-in /out- tray Robot are designed for efficient and flexible pot handling. You
can choose to place pots into or remove them from trays, or transfer them directly from
conveyor to conveyor. Multiple configurations are possible and are tailored in consultation
to match your production process.

The number of pots moved per cycle is variable. Based on this, the fork width is determined
and custom-manufactured for each customer. Do you work with multiple pot sizes? Then
the fork can be easily exchanged.

The machine is developed with a strong focus on ease of use. Thanks to pre-programmed
settings, you can effortlessly select the desired pot size, while all parameters can be set
clearly and intuitively via the touchscreen.

Pots are supplied in series, collected, and placed into the tray
row by row. During transfer, the incoming pots are temporarily
buffered in a stop cylinder accumulator.
