Pot in Tray Robot
Project description
Complete pot in tray line:
Recently, a complete pot-in-tray line was delivered to one of our customers. In this project, a conveyor belt transports pots with plants to the pot robot. Subsequently, the pots are placed into the trays. The number of pots that the robot moves is variable.
Ultimately, the trays are moved to the watering station. Here, the plants are provided with water. The amount of watering can be adjusted using a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
Finally, at the end of the line, the trays are moved to the carts via the pusher.
